The Healthy Community Alliance is a non-profit corporation. It operates with ongoing assistance from the New York State Department of Health, Charles D. Cook Office of Rural Health.Our service area includes : Over 100,000 residents in portions of Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie & Wyoming Counties 16 school districts 56 communities along the Route 39 corridor from Bliss to Forestville.
